This is our family home where we live year-round. We rent out our house when we're away on weekends or traveling. 1930 house renovated 1 year ago. The listing is located in Lomme between Lambersart and Lille and Lomme. 12 min walk to Canteleu and Lomme Lambersart metro stations 20 minutes by bike from Lille city center 15-minute walk to Lille Citadel Bus line 2 minutes away. There are two floors. On the first is a bedroom with a bathroom. On the second you will find a small bedroom open to the staircase with a sofa bed and a third bedroom with a 155 cm bed. Linens are provided. Bath towels are not provided. Please note, we do not have a guardrail on the second floor in the small bedroom.
