Spacious villa with large yard

Here, the family gets a spacious home with a large plot close to both the archipelago and the city. In summer, there is a trampoline, swings, kubb, etc. Bicycles are available to borrow. In winter, when it's snowing, the back invites you to go sledding on the mountain. The house is close to the bus that takes you to the lock in under 20 minutes. In the nearby area, there are several nice swimming areas within walking distance where some lakes are transformed into skating rinks in winter. The accommodation is pet-free during the stay, but a cat usually lives here. The space Downstairs: There is a toilet, kitchen, dining area, living room, playroom and sunroom. The entire lower floor has high ceilings and a large space. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook and bake. In the kitchen, there is an exit to the patio on the front side that offers afternoon and evening sun. There is a dining area for 4 people. The living room is large with a comfortable sofa, armchair with footrest in front of the stove to fire in the winter. In the blue-green cabinet, there are board games to borrow. Connected to the living room is a playroom with a height-adjustable desk. There are boxes of toys and books to read. From the living room you reach the conservatory with a large dining table for ten people. Here, most dinners are enjoyed during the warmer seasons (the room is uninsulated) and it is really cozy even on the less nice days of the summer. From the living room you reach the back patio with sofa and coffee table plus awning. Below the terrace there is another terrace with a large dining area and parasol. Here you can sit undisturbed with very little view among magnificent flower beds. Here you will also find the grills (charcoal grill and pellet grill). The back has two larger lawns that invite you to play. In the storage room there are bicycles to borrow, 2 electric bicycles for adults, a regular adult bicycle and a 20-inch children's bicycle. Upstairs: Here are the house's three bedrooms, bedroom 1 with 120 cm bed, large dresser for clothes storage and make-up table with mirror. Bedroom 2 with double bed and double wardrobe. Here you can go out on a small balcony. Bedroom 3 with 120 cm bed, dresser and smaller wardrobe for clothes storage. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with shower and double sink. Basement: In the basement there is a small gym with adjustable bench, treadmill, weights in the form of both dumbbells and kettlebells as well as a rack for barbell with weights. In the basement there is also a bathroom with sauna and shower, toilet and sink. The door to this bathroom is a sliding door that cannot be locked. At the far end, you will find the laundry room with washing machine and clothesline to dry clothes on. There is also a clothes rack to move for hanging on other floors or outdoors. In the basement there is an inflatable mattress 160 cm wide, which can be used. Front of the property: Two lawns with apple trees, trampoline (in summer) and large paved driveway with room for several cars to park. Here are also the two garbage cans you throw household garbage and food waste in. If the bins are full, these should be put out for emptying outside the property on Monday evening when garbage collection takes place on Tuesday morning. Other things to note There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm). There is a double wardrobe with drawers and the possibility to hang clothes. In one bedroom with a 120 cm bed, there is a double dresser for clothes storage. There is also a vanity table with lighting. In the third bedroom with a 120 cm bed, there is a simple wardrobe with the possibility to hang clothes, there is also a dresser for storage. We have indicated 4 guests, as that is the optimal number, but if you want to sleep three in the double bed or two in the 120 beds, that's fine. Extra cost of SEK 250/guest over 5 people. We also have an inflatable mattress 160 cm wide available on request. The playroom has a roller blind and can, for example, be used as a bedroom with the inflatable mattress if you want. The accommodation is pet-free during the stay, but a cat usually lives here – Important to know for those who are sensitive to furry animals.
