Cozy cabin near forest and lake

Cozy cabin with room for the whole family. Short distance to forest and lake. Large terrace with good views and sun conditions. There is plenty of space for parking several cars. Only an hour's drive from Tromsø city center and 10 minutes from Nordkjosbotn. In winter, it's nice to go skiing. You can either walk straight from the cabin or drive a little up into the woods to get on ski slopes. There is also the possibility of seeing the Northern Lights. Short distance to the shore where you can swim on hot summer days The space The cabin is located up a short private road. In winter, it will be cleared before you arrive. Behind the cabin there is a forest. Here we have seen foxes and hares. The cabin is spacious and there is plenty of space for the family to be together or split up. There is TV with several channels. There is also a radio and CD player in the living room. Plus several board games. In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and a changing mat if you need it in addition to a hairdryer. In the shower you will find soap, shampoo and conditioner. In the closet there is detergent for washing clothes. Sometimes there can be a little water on the floor next to the toilet. This is condensation and is easily dried up. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. Keep in mind that smoke detectors go off if the fan is not on. There's a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a soda stream. There are various dry goods/spices that you can use if you wish. Dishwashing detergent, hand soap and cloths are also provided. It would be nice if you put all used cups and dishes in the dishwasher before leaving. In the storage room there is a microwave oven. Bed linen will be provided for the number of beds you book a stay for as well as towels. In the bedroom downstairs there is a double bed and a closet where you can put your clothes. In one bedroom on the second floor there is a single bed and a low bed. There are no closets here, but there are several hooks you can hang clothes on. In the other bedroom upstairs there's a small double bed and a dresser you can put clothes in. Upstairs there is room for a travel bed if needed. Let us know and we'll set it up for you. Up on the second floor there is also a small door to the attic. This door is locked. We have stored personal items there. Fire extinguishers can be found inside the door to the storage room with the kitchen. There's some first aid equipment there too. In the living room there is a wood burning stove. Firewood is provided for you to use. If you need more, you have to bring it yourself. If you want to sit outside, there are pillows for the chairs in the pillow box outside the front door. There are also blankets in the pouf in the living room. Please put the pillows back in the pillow box when you leave or if it rains/snows. Guest access All of the cabin is for you to enjoy. On the second floor we have locked the attic where we store personal items.
