Bedroom: A cozy queen bedroom with refined décor and soft linens for restful nights. Living Area: Open and airy with a vaulted ceiling and a full-size Murphy bed that easily folds out when needed, making the space flexible for up to 4 guests. Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, paired with a dining nook to gather and enjoy meals. Bathroom: Freshly updated and stocked with toiletries and clean towels. Private Patio: A rare highlight — your own outdoor space for morning coffee, reading, or evening relaxation. Laundry: Washer and dryer provided for guest convenience. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests will have full access to Atomic Studio, including the queen bedroom, living area with Murphy bed, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and private patio. Street parking is available directly in front of the home — safe, free, and available along the full length of the street. Entry is self check-in via smart lock — codes will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note ℹ️ Other Things to Note Duplex Setting: Atomic Studio shares a building with another unit. Guests should expect to occasionally see or hear the neighbors, which is normal for a duplex property. Street Parking: Safe and free street parking is available along the full length of the street. Please park considerately and avoid blocking neighbors. Private Patio: The patio is exclusively yours — a perfect spot for enjoying coffee or fresh air in privacy. Not Childproof: The home is not equipped with baby gear or childproofing. Weekly Maintenance: Yard care may occur every 8–12 days (typically Wednesdays). Guests accept this as part of the stay.
