Anstey Annex

A beautiful little place to relax and enjoy a break. If you have family local or coming to enjoy the history of Leicestershire or visit the stunning countryside and parks. Anstey Annex is like home from home, self sufficient with a private garden. Attached to the main house where I reside. Short walk into Anstey village where you will find all amenities and village character. Short drive or 25 minute walk to the beautiful Bradgate park. The space One bedroom with double bed. Living room including 2 sofas, one being a sofa bed. Smart TV, DVD with a large collection of dvd’s. dining table and patio doors leading out to the private garden. Kitchen with kettle and tea/coffee facilities, cooker, air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. Hallway leading out to the garden and patio. Guest access 22A Anstey Annex. Two parking space on the driveway in front of the Annex. Please note. Anstey Annex is number 22A. Other things to note One sofa in the living room can be turned into a sofa bed so there is consideration for a further two guests which could be agreed for an extra £50 per person per night. Single guest bed also available for one person, also at £50 per person. Anstey Annex will accept children but parents must be responsible for them at all times, therefore if any accident are unfortunately incurred Anstey Annex will not be liable. Extra charge as above for use of sofa bed. Self check in via key box, code will be given directly. No pets allowed.
