Lake front property on the TN River (Chickamauga Lake) with private dock. 200ft of private lake frontage and huge, covered dock. Fire pit avail right near the water. If wood avail, feel free to use. Boat rentals at a nearby marina. No pets/smoking/party's/events. 6 guests max. Chickamauga Lake has seasonal water and boats can normally use the dock April through mid-Oct. Kayaks avail for Rent The space We have a brand new gas grill on the deck right outside the kitchen door that overlooks the water. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Brand New Washer/Dryer. Guest access The entire house minus the owners closets in downstairs hallway and the garage. The entire yard and dock minus the boats/boat lifts/closet on dock. Guests are welcome to tie up their boat to the dock during their stay. Kayaks are available for rent. Ask for details.
