Lake House on the water w/Boat & winter sports

Cabin on the water with Pontoon boat, kayaks, bicycles and canoe. Beds: Queen, 3 twins, and 2 sleeper sofas, game room with pool table and ping pong. This 2 level cabin has direct access to the lake and V.A.S.T trail making it a great snowmobile destination. 20 min to Stowe Mt. 40 min to Smuggs 50 min to Jay Peak. With beach access and hiking trails nearby. Winter sports include motor sports, snowmobile racing, ice fishing, ice skating, skiing, etc. Elmore General store is in walking distance. The space The Pontoon boat is available only from May 15 - October 15. If driving the boat you will be required to have a boating license and sign a liability waiver. Winter - The lake will freeze then it will be time for winter sports. You can enjoy snowmobiling, cross country skiing, motor sports events, and ice fishing on the lake once its frozen. They even do snowmobiling races and the polar plunge on the lake. Lots of fun winter sports as well as enjoying the lake for summer sports. Guest access A Boating license is required to drive the Pontoon boat, no one under the age of 25 is allowed to drive the boat, anyone born before Jan 1, 1974 is ok to drive it without a license.
