Large 2nd floor bedroom. Room has been newly remoldeled with new paint, furniture and carpet. Large closet. Huge yard with small Koi fish pond, large fire pit area, big deck, washer and dryer. Close to PennState Altoona and UPMC and only 35 mins to State College. 2 small breed pups on property to greet you everyday upon your return. my house is conveniently located to public transportation. private off street parking and security system The space This is a very large home. Most all of the spaces are shared. I host 3 bedrooms currently. I have a art studio, wood working shop, sewing room, formal dining room, large back deck, front porch, foyer, oversized kitchen that is fully stocked with every gadget you could ever want. My home offers close proximity to everything including shopping, hospitals, the highway and many things to do in the area like hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, exploring, baseball, skiing, you name it. It is 35 mins to State College, and 1.5 hrs. to Pittsburgh. There are 2 additional airports close by as well. I offer hi-speed WIFI, washer and dryer, private off-street parking, security system along with a huge yard with firepit and cornhole for my guests to enjoy. Guest access Except for my basement, and bedroom, guests are able to share all of the spaces in my home. I do ask that you ask to use the art studio, so I can help find what they may be looking for and help with anything you may want to learn how to do. During your stay I am a professional who works less than 10 mins from my home so I am very close by if anything is needed Other things to note 2 small breed very friendly dogs will be sharing the space.
