What if you lived Brittany differently? Welcome to Côtes-d'Armor in the Maison de Victoire et Alix, a 3-star seasonal rental. Located in the heart of Pontrieux, enjoy the quiet village life, while remaining close to the beaches and must-see tourist sites: Paimpol, Bréhat, Tréguier... Neat decor, comfort and authenticity for a Breton stay with family, couples or groups of friends. Practical side: parking in front of the house, private garden, shops nearby. The space Your comfort is our satisfaction: We are committed to preparing a cozy nest for you! Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels), beds are made before your arrival and we provide you with the essentials for your stay free of charge (dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, soap, Perros-guirrec shower gel, coffee/tea, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper). And to stay connected: Fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Your cocoon for a stay: The house is organized into three levels: - a ground floor: with a bedroom (choice of king size bed - by default - or twin beds - preference to be specified when booking), a bathroom (shower + toilet), an entrance, a laundry area. This floor has a ceiling height of 2.05 m. - one floor with kitchen, dining area and living room - a semi-open mezzanine above the living room with a sleeping area (queen size bed). We like to welcome our visitors with a little surprise :) Guest access Due to its atypical configuration on several levels, the place is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We are sincerely sorry. Other things to note For a two-person reservation, only one room is prepared. The preparation of the second bedroom is optional and on request, with an additional fee. If you want two singles in the second room, you must specify it at the time of booking (by message) or at least 48 hours before your arrival. Only one dog is accepted per booking. If you would like to bring multiple dogs, please contact us before booking to check the feasibility. We have completely renovated this lovely house bought in 2023. Want to know more?
