Month stay in the 305!

We are just starting this lease on August 1st but I will be traveling for the month of August so I am looking for someone to stay in my room while I am away so I can hopefully save some money. It's a 2b/2b with my roommate grace in the Madison Downtown Condominiums. You will get a private room and bathroom and share the common area with grace for the time you're there.
