Enjoy a fully private ground level 1-bedroom suite with its own separate entrance designed for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing stay. (No stairs or steps) very accessible for everyone to enjoy! The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed perfect for a restful night’s sleep. For the 3rd person, a cozy twin bed will be set up in the living room it’s otherwise stowed away. The highlight of the home is the spa-inspired bathroom, complete with a deep soaker tub, a glass walk-in shower with built-in seating, and a modern double vanity. The suite also includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for simple meals, including basic essentials like salt, pepper, oil, and condiments. Start your mornings with the Nespresso machine (pods and creamer provided). Unwind in the cozy living area, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and an electric fireplace for a warm, relaxing atmosphere. A dedicated dining space makes it easy to enjoy meals or work comfortably. Door next to the TV is locked it goes to the furnace room. The closet in the bedroom is kept for storage and not accessible. There is ample space for your belongings to fit in the dresser, under bed drawers and closet space in the washroom. For added convenience, you’ll have private parking right outside your entrance under a covered carport, making arrivals and departures effortless in any weather! Guest access You’ll have full access to the secondary guest suite and one parking spot in the carport. If you have a second vehicle, you’re welcome to park on the right side of the driveway ramp. The entrance door is under the deck in the carport area. Just walk past the white brick chimney wall — the door is tucked right next to it. Other things to note • Leave your worries at the door and enjoy the peace and tranquility. • Coffee & tea provided: Nespresso Starbucks pods, instant Nescafé, Earl Grey tea, cream & sugar. • Backyard is private and not accessible, bedroom door to backyard is locked. Closet in room is kept for storage space for us and not accessible. If you have a long stay with us and need access please let us know. Door in living room leads to the furnace room and is kept locked for safety. • Furnace room is next to suite. We can turn it off on request if you find it loud.
