Step back in time at Roseheath, a magnificent 1900 Victorian homestead nestled in the heart of SA's renowned Limestone Coast. Your heritage sanctuary sits just 20 minutes from world-famous Coonawarra wineries. Lovingly restored boutique accommodation with authentic Victorian charm including welcome package & premium local wine. Full English breakfast using local produce, luxury amenities. Limestone Coast Adventures at Your Doorstep - Tantanoola's famous caves, Mt Gambier's Blue Lake. The space Your room is very private. Situated at the front of the home, overlooking the garden and away from other rooms. There are double windows, an open fireplace (with an electric fire to snuggle up next to) and two comfy chairs to sit, relax and play games or enjoy a coffee or a glass of local wine. You will find a welcome pack of nibbles and local SA wine in your room on arrival. There is also tea and coffee making facilities in your room and two sumptuous bathrobes along with hotel quality linen and towels. Everything you could need for a romantic and peaceful stay. Guest access My home is yours for the duration of your stay. You will be given a key to come and go as you please. You are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry and enjoy the garden. During your stay I live in the home with my beautiful little "best friend" Ted E. Bear, a delightful little Bichon Frise puppy who just loves cuddles and is very friendly. Guests are welcome to enjoy my home during their stay. You can also join me for a delicious home cooked meal and wine for a small contribution per person. Other things to note A "welcome package" will be in your room on arrival consisting of local SA wine and snacks which you can enjoy in your private space. I also have another room with a double bed if you have children, for a small extra charge. You can make your own tea and coffee in your room. The shared bathroom has also recently been updated but still retains it’s vintage charm. A hearty cooked Full English breakfast will be provided inclusive of your room cost.
