The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 cottages, with 1 bedroom each, all on the first level. - All rooms have a king sized bed, AC, heater, electric kettle, WiFi, attached bathroom. - They all offer beautiful hill and garden views. BATHROOMS - There are 7 bathrooms at the property - 4 attached, 3 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 15 people and has a music system and WiFi. - The dining room is part of the living room and offers seating for 15. - There are 2 other living/dining rooms with seating for 10 people each, with a gorgeous Victorian outdoor fireplace amongst them. - There is a sports room and an outdoor dining area. - There is a sprawling lawn with an attached gazebo, with ample seating arrangements. - Guests can access the multi-functional gym and steam room at no additional cost. - There is a sprawling lawn with an attached gazebo, with ample seating arrangements. - There are special arrangements for ATV rides at the property. - The exteriors also feature an outdoor fireplace where guests can huddle up to battle the chilly nights. - The villa also boasts an outdoor private infinity pool which is 24x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - The swimming pool also features a jacuzzi. - Guests can also have a fun round of pool or choose to sip on their favourite drink by the bar area. - Guests can access the multi-functional gym and steam room at no additional cost. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - Crockery and cutlery are available. CULINARY DELIGHTS AND EXPERIENCES - Meals can be provided at an additional cost. Dinner services beyond 11:00 PM will be charged additionally at Rs. 1500 per hour. - A barbeque kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The aforementioned beverage offerings and events costs are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests can access the ATV rides at an additional charge of Rs. 2500 per hour. For a minimum of 30 minutes, Rs. 1500 will be charged. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are able to provide accommodation for 10 members of your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per person, per night. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play golf, pool, soft archery, darts, cards, croquet. Guests can explore the farm, go for walks in nature, enjoy cycling nearby and laze in the garden. There are also provisions for ATV rides around the property. They can simply unwind by the infinity pool or choose to sip on their favourite drinks while having a fun catching up session in the bar area. They can relish a scrumptious barbecue and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They may make the most of the multi-functional gym, and relax in the steam room. ADDITIONAL COSTS - All other meal options can also be provided on an a la carte basis. - Guests can access the ATV rides at an additional charge of Rs. 2500 per hour. For a minimum of 30 minutes, Rs. 1500 will be charged. - The steam room, pool table, bar area, and outdoor fireplace can also be accessed by the guests for no extra charge. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests may have to share common areas with other guests. - Please note that the last 50 meters leading up to the villa may not be a concrete road. - There are some hens at the farm. - In case of power outage, the generator can support all appliances for upto 24 hours. - The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property. - A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Please provide a minimum of 12 hours prior notice while placing your order for your meals. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Outside food is not allowed
