The house is walking distance to the Main Street of the heritage town of Birr. A ten minute walk you will find the town centre, where there’s Supermarkets, Theatre, Organic shops, pharmacies, and plenty of independent boutiques. Birr Castle (voted top 10 attractions in Ireland) built in the 12th century, sits on 120 acres of parklands and gardens. No WiFi at the moment. The space Lavander Cottage is a beautiful two double bedroom house. Located in the small town of Birr. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables and television with freeview. Second bedroom - has a doubled bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The living room has two large sofas and a tv with Freeview. This space also includes an extendable dining table for four people. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Garden access through the kitchen, with a bistro table and chairs. There are an additional two wooden garden chairs available on request. There is parking along the local streets outside the house. Towels and bedding provided. Electric heaters available. Guest access The house is self check in with a key left in a safe space. Details will be emailed on booking. Other things to note There is a third bedroom which is the private space of the host for their storage. This space will remain locked.
