Free Wi-Fi available. Can sleep 4 guests max. This apartment is simple with basic essentials to accommodate most guest stays. The bedroom is set up with a queen bed. Smart TV, and closet. The living room has a couch and a smart TV. The kitchen is set up with basic essentials for preparing & cooking meals. We have a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric stove & oven. The single bathroom has a shower, toilet & vanity. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and parking space #2. Other things to note Welcome to our apartment located in a small, gated complex with just 10 units. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take note of the following policies: • Smoke-Free Environment: Our complex is strictly non-smoking. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule during their stay. • No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the premises. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. •. No indoor or outdoor open flames/bbq allowed/fire pits. • Laundry Facilities: Please note that the apartment DOES NOT have a dishwasher or in-unit washer and dryer. However, we can arrange a laundry service for you at an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to use this service. • Lockout Fees: Should you lock yourself out, there is a fee of $75 for assistance during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and $125 for after-hours, including weekends and federal holidays. • Early check ins/late check outs MUST BE APPROVED prior to arrival/departure times. • Guest should bring their own shower essentials. • This unit is located downstairs.
