Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Owners are very particular about cleanliness to ensure guests stay are enjoyable. This is a spacious 2 bedroom unit with 2 beds and a sofa bed Unit includes bathroom and shower. Also in the bathroom is a washing machine for guest usage. Unit includes a self-contained kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and utensils. Includes a tv and unit also has access to unlimited internet (inclusive of price) Units are fully air con The space The units are 2 bedrooms with beds (2 x queen size bed) includes duvet, blankets and pillows. Unit includes an indoor bathroom and shower (hot water incl). Also in the bathroom is a washing machine for guest usage. No clothes dryer as sun is plentiful in Samoa. Unit includes a self-contained kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and utensils. Lounge is a large open plan and includes a large sofa bed (effectively 3 bedroom), dining table and chairs. Guest access Guests have access to the whole compound. Entry to the compound is between 6am and 9pm through the main gate. After hours access (between 9pm and 6am) will need to be organized with the hosts Other things to note House rules: ▪︎ No smoking or vaping inside the house • No excessive noise (mindful of other guests) • No partying or large gatherings • No parking on driveway and main access to units • No additional guests may sleep unless prior approval is given by the landlord • Air con units to be turned off when not in use. ▪︎ Initial cash power of $10 tala will be provided. Any additional power is to be paid by Tenant (user pays principle). Breaking rules will incur additional costs and subject to expulsion at owner discretion. No refunds permitted.
