The space The ground floor of the house features two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The first bedroom includes a spacious double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, accommodating guests comfortably. Both bedrooms have the option of adding a crib for younger children. In between the bedrooms, you'll find the main bathroom and the laundry area. On the first floor, there is a bright and airy open-plan space, featuring a large living room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a small WC for extra convenience. The two floors are connected by a wooden internal staircase. Garden/Courtyard: The expansive courtyard, spanning 270 square meters, is a true retreat for relaxation and entertainment. Surrounded by lush trees, it offers a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and the serenity of nature. The courtyard features a fully equipped BBQ area, ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends. Guest access There is a shared courtyard for both properties (the maisonette and the studio), featuring a garden, barbecue, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, and waste bins. In addition, each property has a furnished area directly in front of it with chairs, a clothes drying rack, and a large sun umbrella. Due to its location, this area is typically used by the guests staying in the respective property, allowing them to enjoy greater comfort and privacy. Other things to note Please do not flush toilet paper or any other items down the toilet. Doing so may cause the drainage pipes to become blocked, which could result in overflow and serious damage to the property. If it is determined that a blockage or any resulting damage was caused by failure to follow this instruction, the guest will be responsible for all repair costs and any related damages.
