Mix with millionaires , professional athletes and surfers in this exclusive but friendly location. If you love watersports you can windsurf, kitesurf and paddleboard from the house by walking the 1 min across the park to the safety of Parkstone Bay (best at high tide) Ashley Cross is 5 min walk away as is Parkstone Railway station with direct access to London Waterloo.
