Wake up and have breakfast every morning looking at the sea in this beautiful semi-detached house located in a super quiet urbanization in Torreblanca-Fuengirola. The house is located a five-minute drive from the boardwalk and beach and ten minutes from the city center of fuengirola. Located in the center of the Costa del Sol, Malaga capital and Marbella are about thirty minutes away and the airport is twenty minutes away. The community pool is usually very quiet.Free parking space is available. The space This is a beautiful semi-detached house that mixes traditional style with modern features. It has been recently redecorated and equipped for the comfort of our guests. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is open plan kitchen, living room, a small toilet and a large terrace that is divided into a sitting area and dinning area with gas barbecue. Kitchen living room and terrace have panoramic views to the mediterranean sea . On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed and is more youthful. A desk can be installed in the third bedroom for those guests who want a space to work. The master bedroom faces the sea and has an en-suite bathroom, as well as a terrace with panoramic views, equipped with sun loungers. There is a third floor or attic, where our guests could leave their luggage or other objects. It is a small, very quiet urbanization of about twenty houses, which share the gardens and pool area. The house has an allocated garage space which is covered for sun protection. Guest access It is a small urbanization of semi-detached houses in the upper part of the Torreblanca del Sol hill. It is a super quiet urbanization where other residents live calmly all year round. Guests will have access to the pool which will be open according to the community calendar. Our guests will also be able to use the garage space assigned for this house, which is covered. The sauna is not available for the use of guests. Other things to note We recommend our guests have their own vehicle. The house is on top of a hill and although you can walk to the promenade in about fifteen or twenty minutes down the hill; We do not recommend doing the same on the way back and it will be necessary to go by Uber or Bolt taxi.
