Quiet street and neighborhood. Suitable for individual and family stays. The space The house has a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor overlooking the garden. The garden is equipped with an outdoor table and chair and deckchairs. On the second floor, there is the first bedroom with double bed, desk and closet as well as a shower room/toilet. On the top floor, the second bedroom is en suite with an adjoining shower room, sofa convertible into a double bed and desk. Guest access Kitchen, Garden, Laundry, Bedroom, Shower.
