Here, time slows down, nature surrounds you, and every stay becomes a memory in its own right. 📱@lapoulotte.gite (Instagram) The space 🏡 A spacious house, designed for stays with family or friends The main house opens onto a large bright living room, open to the garden, with a fitted kitchen, a friendly dining room and a comfortable living room to relax. A bathroom with toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two family bedrooms: The first is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a child's bed (90 x 160 cm). The second has a large bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Bathroom with bathtub and toilet complete the floor. In addition, an independent studio offers real privacy with: A double bed (140 x 190 cm) An equipped kitchenette A bathroom with walk-in shower (Bed and bath linens included with the cleaning package) Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire gîte: the main house as well as the studio, attached to the house and with a separate entrance. By car, access is via the A6 motorway, Nitry / Tonnerre or Avallon exit. Private parking is available just in front of the cottage, accommodating up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note Partially enclosed garden. Pets tolerated with respect for indoor furniture and the outdoor environment.
