A bathroom with toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs there are two family rooms: The first is equipped with a double bed (140x200), a single bed (90x200) and a crib (90x160). The second has a large bed (160x200), a single bed (90x200). Bathroom with bath and toilet complete the floor. In addition, a self-catering studio offers real privacy with: A double bed (140 x 190) Fully equipped kitchenette A bathroom with a walk-in shower (Bed and bath linens included with the cleaning package) Guest access You will have the exclusive enjoyment of the whole cottage: the main house as well as the studio, attached to the house and with a separate entrance. By car, access is via the A6 motorway, Nitry/Tonnerre or Avallon exit. Private parking is available right in front of the cottage, accommodating up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note Partially enclosed garden. Pets tolerated in respect of interior furniture and the outdoor environment.
