Basement villa with its own barbecue area and close to the city center. Family-friendly area close to playground, bike paths and double carport. Balcony, patio, veranda and large lawn that welcomes play and fun. Sunbeds and dining area are on the porch and fantastic views from both the house and outdoor environments. Possibility to access laundry room. We have locked wardrobes but access is available to several drawers. Two large bathrooms, one with bathtub, one with shower and sauna. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. Guest access Full access to the upper floor with fully-equipped large kitchen (excl. freezer), 2 Smart TVs as well as a double bed (180 cm wide continental), a crib and a single bed (90 cm). Downstairs, guests have access to a large bathroom with shower and sauna as well as two double beds (160 and 140 wide). A tiled stove with the possibility of burning according to instructions. For an extra fee, there is the possibility of using the downstairs laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying racks, as well as a freezer box.
