Other things to note 📝 Things to know before booking the apartment: 1. Hot water is electric, so it may take a few minutes to heat up. It’s normal for the shower not to be instantly hot when first turned on. 2. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. 🔊 Because of this, there may be outside noise, especially on weekend nights. 3. The apartment is delivered clean and fully equipped upon check-in. We do not provide daily or occasional cleaning services like a hotel. Any supplies provided (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) are for initial use only. Guests are responsible for restocking as needed during their stay. 4. There is no laundry room or washing machine available in the apartment or the building. 5. Bed linens and towels are provided once, at the beginning of the stay. Mid-stay changes are not included unless previously arranged at an extra cost. 6. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, both in good working condition. If the AC takes a moment to start, resetting it from the remote usually helps. 7. The apartment is located on the second floor. There is no elevator. Guests must use the stairs to access the unit. 8. There is no on-site parking available. Guests must park on the street or use a nearby private parking lot. 9. The building is a residential property, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours, especially at night. 10. No parties or events are allowed in the apartment. 11.
