Les Carole(s) welcome you on the 1st floor of their house with access through the main entrance. Private living room/kitchen area, comfortable, bright, and quiet bedroom, shower room with toilet. Secure garage for your motorbikes and bikes, plus a courtyard for your vehicles/van. Events: Canal de Nantes à Brest (Rohan), a 10-minute walk from all amenities (mini-market, bakery, bar, restaurants, etc.) Josselin and Pontivy ==> 20 minutes Vannes, St Brieuc and Lorient ==> 45/60 minutes The space Discover a haven of tranquility, ideal for recharging your batteries in a peaceful setting. You will have a large, bright 20-m² bedroom, featuring a cozy sitting area with a TV, perfect for your leisure time. There is also a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, induction hob, and fridge), as well as a small space dedicated to working from home, combining comfort and convenience. A modern shower room with a toilet completes the suite for your day-to-day comfort. Toilet linen and bed sheets are provided. Outside, enjoy a convivial area with garden furniture, a dining table, and a BBQ (upon request), perfect for spending quality time outdoors together. Located in a very quiet area, the house is fully enclosed and secured with outdoor surveillance cameras for your peace of mind. During your stay We are on-site and available for anything you need.
