This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area to enjoy the Florida sun. ☆Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready. Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline. This family friendly home also offers free WIFI. -> Master Suite - King size bed, 40 inch TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower room. Bathroom shared with pool area. -> Two Bedroom - two full beds -> Bunk bed Bedroom - -> Twin Bedroom with 2 Mickey beds. Crystal Cove is a beautifully maintained resort just minutes from the excitement of all Orlando attractions and theme parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Resort facilities include: Gated entrance with 24 hour security Club house with fitness center, floodlit tennis courts, heated community pool, hot tub, children splash area. , volley ball court. Amenities Use of all resort facilities -> 24 hr access to Property Management ============================ Pool and Jacuzzi/Hot Tub have to be heated TOGETHER. There are NO way to heat only Jacuzzi/Hot Tub. To heat it is $40.00/days min 3 days (for 2 days stay is $90.00) ============================ Guest access Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below: • Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am. • There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable. • There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable. • Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable. • Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty • Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
