The space The apartment is on the first floor of the residential building. It includes a large, open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bright bathroom. The highlight is the beautiful garden seating area overlooking the countryside, which is accessible directly from the living room. The bedrooms can accommodate four guests. Two more sleeping options are on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. In the apartment there is a basic equipment that makes the stay comfortable. The apartment is barrier-free. A private parking lot is available directly in front of the property. A second parking space is available by arrangement. Guest access The entire ground floor apartment, with the exception of the storage room, including garden seating, is fully available.
