You will enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and the historic center that you can easily reach on foot in just 10 minutes, savoring the slow and timeless rhythms of a small "authentic" village. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached house located in a quiet neighborhood, a few hundred meters from the center. It enjoys views of the garden, the village and the surrounding mountains. It consists of two rooms, one double and one single with a full-size bed. Maximum comfort of mattresses and well-made bed bases. The bathroom, elegant and spacious, is equipped with a very comfortable and modern shower. In the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a soft 3-seater sofa and a cast iron stove that will make your stay absolutely romantic during the winter, while in summer you will enjoy the view of the green garden through large windows and the glass door. Outside, at your disposal, a porch equipped with deck chairs and a sitting area for relaxation, reading and writing, smart working, conviviality. A very comfortable covered veranda in the “jardin d'hiver” style is being completed, which will make your stay or the organization of small events or workshops indoors even more enjoyable. Possibility of transfers to and from the airport, train station or bus station of Lamezia Terme/Catanzaro (for a fee). 2. The entire apartment, with only one bathroom, is ideal for hosting a family with children or a group of friends. Generally, the two rooms are not rented at the same time to people who do not know each other, to ensure a pleasant, intimate and comfortable stay for guests. 3. Directions to places of interest in the surrounding area, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and various services will be provided on site. 4. A minimum stay of 2 nights is recommended to fully enjoy the quiet, pure air, very high quality of sleep, spring water, and the typical slowness of mountain villages, to fully regenerate from the frenzy of everyday life. 5.
