Welcome to your home away from home! Our charming split-level house in Angus offers a comfortable and versatile space, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. With ample room and modern amenities, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The open-plan living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Our fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your food. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or step outside to savor them on the deck. The space MAIN LEVEL Living Areas: The main level features a spacious, well-lit kitchen that’s ideal for preparing meals. It includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of room for dining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy yet spacious sitting room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Bedrooms: The main level includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and lots of additional space. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and sleeps 2. Bathroom: The main level bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, along with a sink and toilet for your convenience. LOWER LEVEL TV Room: The large basement offers a spacious TV room, where you can unwind and watch your favorite shows or movies. The TV has Prime and Netflix, which you are welcome to use. Additional Sleeping: The basement also includes a large studio with a futon in it. This futon is the size of a full bed – slightly smaller than a queen size. This room can comfortably accommodate up to two additional guests. Bathroom: There’s an additional bathroom downstairs with a sink and toilet, adding extra convenience for guests using the downstairs area. Office Space: For those traveling for work or needing a quiet space, our home includes a dedicated office area on the main level. It’s a perfect spot for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. OUTSIDE Enjoy the tranquil surroundings of our property, with ample space to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Guest access You will have private access to the entirety of this home and 1 acre property. No access to the detached garage. Please note: There is a functioning business ran in the detached garage on the property. There may be someone present during business hours on weekdays. Your privacy will be respected. No smoking allowed in the house. You’re welcome to use the BBQ, dishwasher, and laundry facilities during your stay. Please clean the BBQ thoroughly after use and avoid wastage by ensuring the dishwasher and laundry machines are fully loaded before running them.
