Outside consists a fully enclosed rear lawned yard with a cubby house and plenty of room to accommodate the family dog. (Dog must be kept outside please). Upstairs offers a master bedroom with a walk in robe and en suite, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area and a small back and front balcony with an outdoor setting and BBQ.
