Primary Bedroom: The primary suite is your private retreat, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, plush bedding, and ample closet space. The in-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a spacious shower, and all the necessary toiletries. Guest Bedrooms: The two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with queen-sized beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage. Perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. Bathrooms: The townhome features 2.5 bathrooms, including a full bathroom upstairs for guest use and a convenient half-bath on the main level. Fitness Area: Keep up with your fitness routine just few blocks from home (Clayton Fitness Center). We moved old fitness equipments due to risk of injury to person or property. Outdoor Space: The backyard offers a beautiful view and a peaceful setting to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. It’s a perfect spot for relaxation, surrounded by nature. Parking: The property includes a private driveway, with open street parking space for your convenience. first come first serve basis on Street Parking. In Garage there are some boxes stored, but it will be removed later but you can still park small to medium size car in garage if need. Guest Status All reservations made through Airbnb are short-term licenses to occupy, not leases. Guests do not gain tenant or residency rights under North Carolina General Statutes. By booking, you acknowledge that you are a licensee only and agree to vacate at the end of your reservation. 2. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 12:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM sharp. Late check-outs without prior written approval will be charged at $100 per hour (or the maximum amount Airbnb allows) and reported to Airbnb immediately. Any stay beyond the reservation without approval will be treated as trespassing and subject to law enforcement. 3. Overstay Policy Guests who remain past checkout without approval will be considered unauthorized occupants. In accordance with NC trespass laws (G.S. 14-159.13), overstaying guests may be reported to local law enforcement for immediate removal. Any costs associated with removal, legal filings, or lost business income will be charged to the guest. 4. Payment Compliance All payments must be processed through Airbnb in advance. Guests who attempt to avoid, withhold, or delay payment for their stay will have their reservation immediately canceled and be required to vacate the premises. 5. Occupancy Limits & Unauthorized Guests Maximum occupancy: 6 No unauthorized guests, visitors, or subletting is permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and potential removal from the property. 6. Property Protection Any damage, theft, or unauthorized use of the property will be billed to the guest and pursued through Airbnb’s Resolution Center and North Carolina civil law. Tampering with locks, security cameras, Wi-Fi systems, or utilities will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and reporting to authorities. 7. Lawful Use of Property Guests must comply with all North Carolina laws and local ordinances. Any unlawful conduct (including refusal to vacate, drug use, or disruptive behavior) will result in termination of stay and notification of law enforcement. 8. Agreement to Vacate By booking, guests acknowledge and agree: They will vacate the property immediately at the end of their reservation. They waive any claim to tenant rights under NC Landlord-Tenant laws (Chapter 42, NCGS).
