You are welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking area. Please do not smoke inside the suite as there are sensors that can detect smoke, and if it is detected, you will be fined $500. You are welcome to smoke outside in the driveway." ★PLEASE REMOVE TRASH EACH NIGHT ★ Please make sure to not leave any leftover food out and remember to empty the trash every night. You can put your trash bags in the green trash cans located on the driveway next to the backyard gate outside your suite. If you need more trash bags, please contact me. Also, be sure to tightly close the lids and tie up the trash bags. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly request that you treat our home as if it were your own, to maintain its pristine condition for future guests and your potential return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will lead to immediate cancellation. ★COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure this, we have a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. This suite is situated on the basement level. The temperature can be adjusted according to the guest's preference using an in-home Nest system. ★ QUITE HOURS★ Please be mindful that there are neighbors on either side of the home and that there may be a guest in the apartment above.
