The cottage is not on the farm. newly renovated gîte. 5 minutes from Quintin, a small town of character (3rd favorite village of the French in 2022.) 20 minutes from Guerlédan. 20 minutes from St. Brieuc Bay (Binic, Pleneuf Val André...) 1 hour to Paimpol 1 hour to Gulf of Morbihan 1 hour to Mont d'Arrée school vacation period: minimum 5-night rental The space the gite includes a large garage that accesses directly to the laundry room where there is a washing machine, an ironing table and its iron, vacuum cleaner, mop on the ground floor: a large living room with fitted kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and a pod machine...) a living area with a sofa bed , a dining area with its mixed wood or pellet stove. ( has a small baby chair) A master suite with a 160cm bed and its double bathroom vanity and shower. Toilet independent from the rest. upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm bed 1 bathroom with sink and bathtub 1 self-catering toilet 1 umbrella bed is available if necessary. linens and towels are provided private 6-seater spa at the cottage garden furniture and BBQ on terrace. pets not allowed the cottage is rented by the week during school and seasonal holidays. Outside these periods possibility to rent by the night. Other things to note pets not allowed no smoking ( except in the garage ) cleaning fee: €60 requested permission from the owner for any guest at the cottage who is not part of the basic tenants
