The space This is a two bedroom apartment. The main one has a double bed of 1.50cms and the other has a nest bed - they are two 90 beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron... but we do not have an oven. The dining room is a spacious area with two 3+2 sofas and has access to the terrace, where there is furniture to be able to eat in the shade on the hottest days or have a drink. Both bathrooms are full, with a shower. One of them is integrated into the master bedroom and the other is accessed from the distributor. Both have a window and a natural light. From the kitchen you access a balcony overlooking a landscaped area. It is small but ideal for laying clothes, beach towels or wetsuits. The house has a garage plot next to the elevator, which is very comfortable not to load with lumps to the house. There is also a communal pool that includes an area for the little ones and opens in summer, from June 1 to September 30.
