One of the best areas in Mexico City . La Condesa , beautiful restored 1932 house , very comfortable with large rooms and lots of light . The area is very safe and very interesting to know and walk quietly . Good restaurants, cafes , bars , libraries , art galleries , located 2 blocks from Mexico and Spain parks, bicycle stations , metro, metrobus a short distance . PRICES PER ROOM WITH BATHROOM nice kitchen and beautifull terrace are shared. The space Located in the heart of Colonia Condesa, in Mexico City, Mexico “La Casa Condesa Zapata was built as a wedding gift for his son Dr. Gonzalo Zapata-Vera Leal and his wife María Marta Benítez Meléndez by the distinguished Ing. Gonzalo Zapata-Vera in 1932. The Zapata-Benítez raised their six children and became an iconic staple in the Colonia Condesa community. In order to share his growing experiences one son and businessman Mr. Alejandro Zapata, has decided to open his door of “La Casa Zapata Condesa” as a “Bed & Breakfast”. Today (2016) “La Casa Zapata Condesa” has been converted into a quaint and intimate place combined with distinguished and unique settings giving their guest a confortable and pristine living arrangement. Colonia Condesa has a centralized location in Mexico City, giving those who stay in “La Casa Zapata Condesa” great accessibility to all major points of the city. Guest access On a second floor there are two new suites, each with a private bathroom, shared kitchen and a terrace. The place has a kitchen for you to prepare any meal yourself, pick up and clean your dishes and saucers etc. I live in my own apartment on the first floor. The cleaning service comes twice a week,but the sheets are changed every 8 days when it is rented per week or per month, otherwise they are changed between stays. The place is truly very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The area is incredibly central, there is a supermarket around the corner as well as many restaurants bars and cafes nearby. During your stay my apartment is in the same house in the first floor and the jr. Suites are in the second floor. so you allways can count on me for any sugestion.
