Would you like to stay in an area of outstanding beauty? Newtown Nature Reserve, the only national nature reserve on the Island is less than 2 miles away and the unspoilt beaches of the West Wight are just a 10 minute drive. This could be your perfect escape, ideally placed for cyclists, walkers and nature lovers. One of the Island's most renowned pubs less than a mile away. Many countryside attractions, walk or cycle the Tennyson Trail, see dinosaur footprints and stunning coastal paths. . The space The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living area, comfy sofas and smart TV with full and well equipped kitchen, including fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as coffee machine. There is a separate dining room around which your family can gather for meals if you wish. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom and shower room with loo. Up the stairs from the living area you will find the large second bedroom which offers twin beds and can adapt to offer a third single bed too. On this floor is also the second shower room and loo. Guest access You will have the privacy of the entire property and the rooms described. However, the wooden workshop at the end of the property is private . You have a private and sunny courtyard outside the dining room patio doors for al fresco dining opportunities. Other things to note If you prefer to pick up a key from a key safe and be left alone to relax and enjoy your break, we can arrange that but we do like to know that you have everything you need.
