Cozy Indoor Features: The interior is designed for relaxation, complete with a coffee and tea maker stocked with an assortment of creamers, sugars, tea, and coffee pods. Our bathroom features plenty of storage, a towel warmer, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub with a shower, all designed to pamper you after a day of exploration. Despite being on a well, our high-quality water always exceeds expectations without that typical “well water” taste, thanks to the area’s sand content! With winter heating and summer accessories for optimal comfort, you’ll feel right at home throughout the seasons. Fishing enthusiasts will be thrilled with the exceptional fishing experiences available right at the river's edge, as well as at over 20 nearby lakes, including Houghton Lake and the spring-fed Higgins Lake, both known for their bountiful bass, trout, sturgeon, perch, and bluegill. For winter sports lovers, ice fishing is a favorite pastime, and our location is a launching point for both ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts, with access to over 250 miles of trails ready to explore. The convenience of a circular drive ensures easy access for parking your recreational vehicles. If you need to power up before heading out, we’ve conveniently installed an exterior battery charger for your use. Nature lovers will appreciate that state land is just out your front door. While hunting is not permitted on our immediate property, you'll have proximity to some of the best hunting options just a few steps away.
