The Bunker near Launceston

The Bunker is an attached, self contained centrally heated annexe, (the main house is called Fairways). Whether you plan on spending your time playing golf or visiting beautiful gardens, beaches - the north coast is 30 minutes drive away, Dartmoor or the countryside all is accessible from the A30, just one mile away from us. We have generous parking and a large patio, which overlooks the garden. We are conveniently situated just one mile from Tesco, M & S and Lidl The space There is an entrance hallway with a cupboard for coats. Here you will find 2 recliner loungers for the patio. The spacious lounge diner has lovely views over the garden and the hosts pool. There is a comfortable couch, TV, side tables, coffee table, radio, electric fire, dining table and chairs. There is free Wi-Fi as the mobile signal is never 100% in Cornwall. The kitchen is well equipped, with all you will need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a king size bed with luxury bedding and plenty of storage. The en-suite has a walk in shower unit with a foldable seat for your convenience. Luxury towels are provided The large patio, which is westerly facing can be enjoyed throughout the day. Guest access Once at the Pennygillam roundabout take the exit for South Petherwin. We are one mile from here. You will drive into Daws House and we are near the bottom of the hill, on the right hand side, just before the second traffic calming zone. Turn right at the sign for Fairways and Loxwood. We are the middle property at the top of the drive. Please park your car in front of The Bunker. We have a secure garage that has space for any bicycles you might want to bring. There are lots of lovely cycling trails in the area. You are welcome to walk around the garden and enjoy the views. Other things to note Milk, tea, coffee, cafeteria and sugar will be provided
