The space Our apartment is divided and equipped as follows: • Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 cm) including a bed box, a spacious dresser and two large closets that offer plenty of space for your clothes and personal belongings. In addition, there is a TV at your disposal. • Bedroom 2: Another bedroom with a cozy double bed (160 cm), a dresser and a practical clothes rail. Perfect for guests or as an additional sleeping space for children or teenagers. • Living room: A large, bright living room equipped with two comfortable couches (no sofa bed) and another TV. From here you can reach the approx. 6 m² west-facing balcony, which is ideal for enjoying the evening at sunset. • Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a combination microwave and a dining area. • Bathroom: A daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet offers you a place to relax. There is also a separate guest toilet. The apartment has its own parking space in the carport just a few meters from the house. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited and no pets are allowed. Other things to note The attractive district town of Haßfurt (approx. 13,000 inhabitants) is conveniently located between the upper centers of Schweinfurt (about 20 km) and Bamberg (about 35 km) near the traffic artery Maintalautobahn A70. The cities of Coburg and Würzburg can also be reached quickly thanks to the good highway connection, as well as the nature reserves Steigerwald, Haßberge and Maintal. The train station of Haßfurt as well as the city center with shopping, pharmacy, gastronomy and bakery are only a 10-minute walk / 700 m from our apartment.
