Eythin sleeps 5 guests, and is decorated in natural muted tones that reflect the colours of this stunning coastal landscape. There is a wonderful view from the terrace across fields towards St Minver church and glimpses of the Estuary towards Rock from the upstairs bedrooms. Outside there is a BBQ and a large corner sofa with stools and a raising table for lounging or dining al fresco. Eythin is just a short walk from Polzeath and Daymer Bay. The space From the early design, to the final specification everything in Eythin has been carefully considered to create a fantastic space for entertaining, both visually and practically. The living area has comfortable seating with a very large sofa and two double snugglers centred around the log fire and a TV with Freeview and a Blu-ray DVD player. The indigo kitchen is well equipped with an island providing a very social space. With a double oven incorporating a combi microwave, Eythin also has a second fridge in the utility room. The large dining table has comfortable seating and sits alongside the bi fold doors to the enclosed south east facing private terrace. On the first floor, you’ll find three generous bedrooms, including a master bedroom and an ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. Outside there is a BBQ and a large corner sofa unit with individual stools and a raising table for lounging or dining al fresco. From the terrace there is access to the stylish wet room and utility. Eythin has fibre broadband, solar panels and underfloor heating throughout. Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom 2 - Super King Bedroom 3 - King Bedroom 4 - Twin beds (2’6’’) (can be zipped & linked to form a king-size (5'), please request in advance) Dogs are welcome to stay, and changeovers run from Friday to Friday. Dogs are welcome - there is an additional charge of £25.00 per dog, per week which is payable upon arrival at Reception.
