Now with a brand new private swimming pool right in front of the bedroom! Previously this unit shared a swimming pool with an adjacent cottage. No more! As of Dec 1 2024 the studio has a private separate swimming pool and new deck area suitable for cooling off, sunbathing and hanging out! The space Anniversary? Just a romantic getaway with your favorite person? Seclusion, privacy and luxury and oh the views! It's all here with a private wrap around deck and floor to ceiling windows. Watch sunrise from the comfort of your own bed! There is probably not a better place for a couple to stay in Turks and Caicos without breaking the bank. This is picture perfect studio with everything you need to enjoy your visit. I have to start with the jaw-dropping views. The studio is perched on a steep hill in the exclusive Turtle Tail neighborhood with dramatic views out over the Caicos Banks. There are wall to wall windows covering 270 degrees of the studio so there is nothing obstructing the endless views. Yet because you are in a sparsely populated neighborhood full of multi million dollar homes you have incredible privacy. The sun literally rises in one of your picture windows over the ocean. Open the curtains (if you ever closed them - there is no need) and enjoy Sunrise In Bed with coffee or breakfast. When you do get up you can head to the wrap around deck to enjoy the same great views outside. No one can see you but you can see far and wide! If it gets a little hot take a dip in your private pool right in front of the studio. Whether it's sipping coffee admiring the incredible sunrises, soaking up the inevitable TCI sun or lounging in the pool and contemplating the best view on the island, the outdoor spaces are designed to take advantage of the views and the great Provo weather! Inside there is a well stocked kitchenette with four burner electric cook top, full sized fridge with freezer. microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a full bathroom with spacious shower. Everything you need to enjoy Provo is here: we've included beach chairs and towels of course along with a cooler to keep your drinks chilled when you head to the beach. The house is set on one of the highest points on the island. This takes advantage of 360 degree views and also the wonderful easterly breezes which help keep things cool and enjoyable. Note that the entry and parking for the studio is shared with an adjacent 2 bedroom cottage. You may meet the cottage guests going to or from your car. (This property can be rented in conjunction with an adjacent two bedroom cottage for larger groups). Located just off Ocean Drive it is a quiet, safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and open spaces. Yet it is less than 5 minutes drive to the Leeward Highway from where all of Providenciales is within easy reach. Guest access There is private off street parking available. From there it's a short walk through manicured grounds to the studio. This area is shared with the cottage but the studio is a separate standalone building and the pool and sun deck is private and located directly in front of the studio. Other things to note Please note : A/C use is generally not needed since we have such great breezes. A/C usage IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY but is metered and guests can be charged for excess usage (leaving on throughout the day when not in unit/ leaving on when doors and windows are opened etc..) Please note that prices include mandatory 12% accommodation tax.
