Glass window overlooking terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, sunbeds, BBQ, swing and slide. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee maker and filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer. Shower room with shower and WC. Bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm. Upstairs Office space and library. Bedroom 2 : 2 beds 90x200cm, modular in 1 king size bed 180x200cm. Bedroom 3 : 2 beds 90x200cm, modular in 1 king size bed 180x200cm. Bathroom with small children's bath, sink and toilet. Upon arrival the beds are made and towels provided. Baby kit available for free upon request: crib, changing mat, high chair and bathtub. EV charger. Hosting horses in the meadow possible, with water tray, shower, upholstery and tether bars. Direct view of horses from the house. Itineraries for day trips and equestrian hikes provided to be detailed together. Paths as soon as you leave the cottage. Parking for trucks / vans. Access to the large beach of Deauville authorized for horses in under an hour of transport, with dedicated free parking. If you don't come with there are no horses on site, but the children will be able to enjoy the meadow that surrounds the cottage to play football, run in the grass and observe nature. There are also marked hiking and mountain biking trails that pass right in front of the gîte, with plenty of options available. Quietly located cottage, at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, on the edge of the forest. All shops within 10 minutes. Ideally located for visiting the beautiful Domaine du Champ de Bataille (gardens and castle) or the village and the Abbey of Bec-Hellouin. Beaches of Deauville and Trouville sur mer, old port of Honfleur accessible in under an hour. A28 motorway exit 10 minutes away. Discounted rate from a week onwards. Check-ins 5-9pm, checkouts 10am. For weekends outside of school holidays, departures can be on Sundays at 6 p.m.
