◎ Pets are welcome ◎ Villa EDEN is located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 10 minutes (3.8 km) by car from JR Sendai Station. It is about 13 minutes by public transportation (bus) and about 10 minutes on foot from the bus stop. Nearby are historic sites such as Aoba Castle, the mausoleum of Date Masamune, "Zuifuden", and the shrine of Sendai, "Atago Shrine". It is also easy to access Yagiyama Zoo and Beni Land. The pure white exterior that appears halfway up the slope is particularly eye-catching. It is a unique building designed by the owner himself, who is a designer. Parking is also available on site (free). We look forward to your visit as a base for sightseeing in Sendai. ※ The neighborhood is a residential neighborhood. The surrounding roads are narrow. Also, the slope on the front is a two-way road, so please be careful when passing. When using the bus, the road to the bus stop is narrow and there is a slope. 〇 When you make a reservation, please enter the number of guests and whether or not you have pets. Please let us know by chat if there are any changes. The space This is a maisonette room. It is a one-room apartment type, and the other rooms are occupied by 2 tenants. Only the hallway (lobby) is shared. When you enter the room from the front door, it is exclusively for guests. The first floor of the room has a dining kitchen (6 tatami mats), bathroom, toilet, and private laundry. The second floor has a bedroom (8 tatami mats, about 13 m²) and a pet room (gauge). (Built-in fixtures) Air conditioner (1st floor, 2nd floor), dining table set (4 chairs), 2-door refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, pots, dishes, TV (2nd floor), washing machine, gas dryer, IH cooking heater, hair dryer, alarm clock, gas fan heater, low table (2nd floor), stool (2nd floor), slippers, deodorant diaper holder (shared with pets) Amenities Bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes (for the number of guests), body soap, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, softener, tissue paper, toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, garbage bags * Towels are rented one set per person. Please do not take out the equipment and towels. We also provide pet amenities (towels, lint rollers, food dishes, sheets, etc.). (Bedding and bed) There is 1 semi-double bed and 3 futons. Please set up the futons yourself. The size of the room is best for 3 adults. (It can accommodate up to 5 guests) In the case of consecutive nights, we will not clean the room or change the sheets. Parking There are 2 parking spaces in front of the building (free). Please contact the cafe staff when the parking lot is full as it is shared with other tenants. Guest access The other rooms in the building are tenants (2). (Cafe Eden (OPEN ~ Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays 10 am - 4 pm), Dry Head Spa Salon HALU (reservation required)) Please use them. In addition, the private garden behind the building on the premises has a pond and is dangerous. It is off limits. Other things to note (Please) 〇 Shoes inside are strictly prohibited. Please use the slippers provided. 〇 No smoking inside or in the lobby in front of the entrance. Please smoke outside. 〇 Please let us know when you book if you are bringing a pet. We have pet amenities. Please use the pet corner (gauge) in the room. Also, please do not put them on the bed or futon. Please come with a toilet-trained pet. * If you bring a pet without declaring it, we will charge extra fees. 〇 No visitors other than guests are allowed to enter the room. If the number of guests is different from the number of guests declared, we will charge you. 〇 There is no meal service. The area is a residential neighborhood. There is a convenience store nearby, but there are few restaurants in the area, so please prepare meals in advance or use a food delivery service (Uber eats, Wolt, Delivery Hall). 〇 When using the food delivery service, there is an intercom next to the outdoor mailbox. Please use the counter table next to the entrance when using the delivery service. 〇 If the room is very dirty, we may charge additional cleaning fees. 〇 Please note that if we find a forgotten item during cleaning, you will be responsible for the cost of the delivery procedure for returning it.
