LIVING ROOM 2 - There is a living room on the first floor that offers AC, TV, Wi-Fi, sound system and comfy seating. - Additionally, the living room features a pool table for additional entertainment. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. BAR AREA - There is a bar area with views of the pool, where guests can eat, drink, and relax. - It offers a TV, AC, refrigerator, and comfortable bar seating. LAWN - There is a 1500 sq. ft lawn, providing plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation. - The well-manicured grass and tranquil atmosphere make it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. POOL - The villa features a private infinity pool and a spacious deck area with plenty of seating and sun loungers. - There are 3 different pools. One is a lap pool, 13x5 m. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - In addition, there is a baby pool that is 3x4.5 m. in size and 2 ft. in-depth, and a toddler pool that is 4.5x7 m. in size and six inches deep. TERRACE - The terrace is the perfect place to soak in the stunning views of the lake and hills. It offers comfy seating and a gazebo for ultimate relaxation. - Whether you wish to host an event or have a BBQ, the terrace offers a perfect setup for both. Guest access There is no restriction to access any part of the house except the kitchen. Other things to note - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost of Rs.1000 per person. - A bonfire pit is available at an extra cost of Rs. 3000. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
