The space The space Fully furnished one bedroom condo with everything you need. Gated condominium right on the beach, 1 parking spot available and washer/dryer in unit. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: The livingroom has a sofa bed if you happen to have an overnight guest. Kitchen has a counter with seating for two. The living room has a tv in which you can log into your amazon prime video, Netflix, etc. You have the option of opening the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze or use the ceiling fan or central air. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed for your everyday cooking. WASHER/DRYER: An in unit stackable washer/dryer unit is available during your stay. MAIN ROOM: Your room is equipped with a full size bed which has a twin pull out and also have a futon. Privacy shades are throughout the condo. THE BATHROOM: Holds a standing shower. El BALCON/THE BALCONY: I cannot say it enough that the balcony is really the best. You can just relax there and enjoy the waves with your cup of coffee or wine or simply lay or sit and enjoy the views and breeze. THE BEACH: Our condominium has private access to the beach. It is clean, quiet, and has several swimming areas created by large rocks that break the waves. Everything needed for a day at the beach is provided such as beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a cooler for you to use. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The fantastic neighborhood of Isla Verde offers dinning, hang out spots, and even beauty salons. It is conveniently located a mere 5 minute drive from the airport and 14 minutes to old San Juan. Isla Verde is the locals best kept secret as it offers the pristine beaches that Condado falls short on. YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW: NOTE: There is no visitor parking and you may not park in unauthorized areas. If you have guests coming to visit you, they must park in street parking. - We can coordinate recurring cleaning for you if you wish, please ask about pricing. - Uber is an inexpensive option if you plan on staying mostly local; from the airport is aprx $6! - Key Fobs are used to access the building and beach. There is a $50 fee for lost fobs or keys (each). - NO pets. - This is our beach home. Please treat it kindly & consider the noise level in the condo & the hallways. - This is NOT a party house/building. 10pm- 9am is quiet time. - ELEVATOR building with security on site. - Check in depends on your arrival time. Please send us your incoming & outgoing flight details to coordinate your check in. - PR power system is old. You may experience short periods without power. No worries it usually comes back quickly. Also have a powerstation for use when no power. - Note that we ask you to throw out your trash/recyclables and that you turn off AC when you are not home. Hotels don't request that of their guest and instead offset the expense with resort fees and significantly higher overall cost. All in all the you will be glad you chose to stay in our home.
