A spacious home perfect for the family with children. With the cross-country track on the other side of the street for spontaneous evening or morning trips, a few hundred meters to the village lift in Duved, the grocery store, the train station and the local restaurant selection, you do not need to use the car. It can be parked in the carport next to the house. Large living area downstairs and bedrooms as well as TV room upstairs allow someone to take it quietly undisturbed while others hang out. Double bathrooms with a shower. The space Lower level: Hall with plenty of space to hang up clothing. Large bathroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, changing table and shower. Large fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen island with three chairs in the middle and plenty of space for the whole family to both cook and hang out at the same time. A dining table with room for 8 people, high chair is available. A three-seat sofa, armchair and pouf next to the fireplace. Upper level: The stairs up lead to a TV room with divan sofa a 55 inch TV, Apple TV and Playstation 3. A smaller bathroom with toilet, shower and changing table (can be put away if desired). To the right is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm above, 120cm below). To the left is the master bedroom with a double bed, large balcony and walk in closet. Crib bed is available if desired! Outside: Large windows from the kitchen with balcony door out to the garden. In winter time, snow sofa is usually built. There is a fire pit to burn in for grilling sausages, marshmallows or just cuddle. We also have a gas and wood-fired pizza oven that you can borrow if you want. Parking: In the carport just beside the house. There is also guest parking if you have more cars or get a visit. Skiing: Duved's ski trails, which are absolutely stunning, are just on the other side of the road and lit in the evenings. The distances are 2.5km, 5km, 7km, 10km or 15km. The longer trail offers nice views that are also nice to go with tour skis. You go to the bylift, which takes you up to the seating lifts in Duved, in a few minutes. Duved/Tegefjäll is a very nice ski area suitable for the family. In addition, we think there are usually significantly smaller people there, wide and nice slopes, slopes that suit the whole family, light and nice summit tours up on Mullfjället and also a little cheaper ski passes. It takes 10 minutes by car to Åre, but there are also ski buses regularly during the season. It is also possible to take the skis all the way to the house through the cross-country track! About the area/Området: Three really good restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Mrs Maggies, Pigos and Myran. Slightly different menus with really good food all three. Ica Duved, with surprisingly good range for an Ica Close, it is also just a few minutes away. Nice walks to down the river from the house, highly recommended! OSB! The interior may differ slightly from the pictures. Instead of two armchairs downstairs, there is now a three-seater sofa in the same model as well as another armchair instead. New paintings/lamps etc but otherwise no big differences.
