Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. With its own private heated swimming pool and enclosed garden, the villa provides a calming environment within which to unwind. Located a short, easy 15 minute walk from the resorts 'town centre', providing bars, restaurants, SPAR supermarket, DoubleTree Hotel, 18 hole golf course and clubhouse. The space The entire property sleeps 6-8 guests. Providing 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and one further double bedroom on the ground floor. The mezzanine located within the master suite provides a sofa bed suitable for 1-2 smaller guests (reduced ceiling height in parts and access is via a further set of stairs within master suite). The property is air conditioned throughout and for guests visiting during the winter months, the property also benefits from central heating. Linens and bath towels are included. Guests will require their own beach towels. Complimentary onsite facilities include outdoor gym equipment, children's play areas, tennis courts, padel tennis courts & 16 communal swimming pools to use (wrist bands located at the villa must be worn and returned to avoid charges) Onsite facilities on La Torre Golf Resort include a small selection of restaurants offering Italian, Indian and local cuisine. The Woodhouse at the clubhouse is open all day serving breakfast, lunch and drinks. The Doubletree 5* Hotel incorporates a SPA, restaurant, wine bar and also outdoor pool (additional charges payable at the hotel). There are 3 further bars/pub, a hair and beauty salon and a very well stocked SPAR supermarket and shop. Opening hours for all facilities are subject to high/low season fluctuations. The 18 hole golf course is beautifully manicured and designed by Jack Nicklaus. Tee-times, the driving range and golf lessons can all be booked directly at the clubhouse/pro-shop. The resort is very safe with security staff controlling access to the walled resort and present on site at all times. 20 minutes drive to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 25 minutes to Cartagena city centre to the south and 25 minutes north to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15 minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes. Guest access Guests will enjoy access to the entire property with private garden and heated swimming pool.
