Cosy room in friendly home

Welcome to my lovely creative Victorian home, shared with my son, daughter and 2 friendly cats. The house has a garden with decking to catch the sun and is centrally located in Stockport close to the town centre and all amenities, inc. supermarkets, cafes/restaurants/ take outs. Public transport is very convenient, with a bus stop just 50 metres away. Manchester is around 7 minutes by train/30 minutes by bus and the airport is 30 minutes by bus. Please note, there is no parking available. The space A quiet first-floor room overlooking a south-facing garden with plenty of natural light. The room features a built-in mezzanine double bed accessed by ladder (clearance approx. 177cm). It includes a desk and chair, comfy chair, chest of drawers, SMART TV, and WiFi. The room has a lockable door for privacy. PLEASE NOTE: double bed but single occupancy only. Guest access Guests have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, garden, patio, and utility area with washing machine. These spaces are shared with the host and family. WiFi and all listed amenities are available during your stay. During your stay I am always happy to help guests with any questions they may have and can offer advice on getting around or local information. Please feel free to ask at any time. Other things to note The mezzenine bed is double but single occupancy only. It has a clearance of approximately 177cm and is accessed via a ladder. Guests should be comfortable living in a shared home with the host and family. The home is best suited to guests who appreciate a quiet, relaxed environment. No smoking / vaping inside the property. Please ensure compatibility with cats, as there are two friendly cats living in the home. No parking available.
