Cosy room in friendly home

Welcome to my beautiful home that I share with my son, daughter and 2 friendly cats. We have a garden with decking and BBQ. We are centrally located near the centre of Stockport with public transport on the doorstep (bus 50 meters from the door). We are well connected to Manchester (7 mins by train/30 mins bus) and the Airport (30 mins direct bus from just outside the house). On-street parking costs £1 per day using a council parking permit. The space The room is quiet, on the first floor and overlooks the back garden, which is south-facing and has lots of light. There is a built-in mezzenine (high) double bed with ladder to access. The room has a desk and computer chair, comfy chair, SMART TV and chest of drawers. Of course it has wifi access. PLEASE NOTE: the bed has a clearance of 177cm from the ground. SINGLE PERSON OCCUPANCY ONLY PLEASE. The bathroom is next door. There is a lock on the bedroom door. Guest access kitchen, garden, patio, utility with washing machine During your stay I am always happy to help guests with any questions they may have and can help with getting around or other information. Please ask. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: the clearance under the mezzenine/high bed is 177cm.
