When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Two enterprising enthusiasts, parents, lovers of travel, design and great hedonists. Looking forward to seeing you:)! Martin & Lenka The space On the ground floor of Chata Voda, also known as the blue cottage, there is a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, AEG washing machine, microwave, stovetop, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a range hood. The kitchen is connected to a dining table with 6 chairs and a living room with a couch, TV wall and wood stove. In the entrance hallway, you will find a bathroom with a larger-than-standard shower area and a toilet. The bedrooms with a large round window upstairs are really spacious, each with 23m2 and consists of a double bed 180 x 200cm and a sofa bed for up to 2 people (160 x 200cm), a dresser and a sub-wall ottoman. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a designer bath, sink and WC. The skylights have blackout blinds. There are children's swings, a slide, a sandbox, and a trampoline on the premises. Parking up to 3 cars directly in front of the cottage. We haven't forgotten the Kedar designer grill, which you can use without restrictions, the outdoor seating, and the parasol with lounge chairs. All year round, we offer a private hot tub located on the terrace of the chalet and a private sauna. Enjoy true relaxation! Arrival details such as the exact location and the code to enter the premises and the building are communicated by email in the week of your arrival. Other things to note Please note that there is a ban on making fires outside the fireplace and grill, a ban on parties, the use of sparklers, candles and fireworks. Thank you.
