SoCal local Daniella Manini is known for her murals in restaurants, and for designing rad prints for Patagonia children clothes, plus she operates an online high quality print studio called Yes Sea Studio. Guest access Guests have exclusive use and access to the entire single family home and private front yard, including the chef's kitchen, double washer and dryer, and high-quality mattresses dressed in Parachute linens. Enjoy organic toiletries and both blackout curtains and shades for restful sleep. The home is equipped with a full chef's kitchen, air conditioning, and luxurious furnishings throughout. NOTE: Sunset House is directly behind Moonrise Cottage, another short-term rental that we own and operate. Sunset House has an access path to street next to Moonrise Cottage - and Moonrise Cottage's Master Bedroom window faces to this walkway. Other things to note Moonrise Cottage is a completely renovated (2025 completion) single family home that occupies the entire front-half of a double -lot, offering a large private, fenced front yard. The single-level home opens to a California garden with palms and succulents and features a gas fire pit with seats for 4, creating an inviting space for small evening gatherings under the stars. The patio table is perfect for sipping morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Inside, you'll find a modern, high-end home with air conditioning for rare hot days. Our attention to detail is evident, you will love the high-end amenities ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. *All linens washed, including all blankets and duvet covers between stays *Washable rugs laundered between stays in high-traffic areas, plus quarterly steam cleaning of furniture and area rugs *High-end, white towels (100% cotton, minimum 2 bath towels/guest) *Beach towels (minimum 1/guest) *Organic and sulfate-free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bars of soap) *Blackout shades and blackout curtains (doubled up in all bedroom windows) *Forgot my stuff: Mouthwash, toothbrushes/toothpaste, deodorant, hairspray, shaving cream, aloe gel and sunscreen This home is extremely clean, and we use all organic cleaners with the exception of stain management. Organic pest control service comes monthly for the exterior of the home and backyard areas. Front yard, outdoor shower, and outdoor furniture cleaned between stays.
