Here you live in a private courtyard house on leafy Östermalm - walking distance to the city center in 10 minutes. Close to shops, culture, outdoor life and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and walking distance of 15 to both North and South Harbor. Close to everything - but in a quiet residential area. The yard house is 28m large and has a kitchenette with stove and microwave. A 1.05 bed and a sofa bed. Toilet with shower. There is parking space in the courtyard and a common patio with the owners in summer. The space The courtyard house consists of a single room. Bed alcove separated with full-length curtains with a bed of 1.05 and a sofa bed for two in the "living room area." A double window and a door with glass. Kitchenette with full equipment, but no stove, there are hotplates. A small reading corner and a spacious workplace with a desk. Extra chairs are brought in if you are three people so everyone can fit at the small dining table. Small toilet with shower and water heater. For longer stays, there is the possibility to wash/dry tumble with us. Bed linens and towels for the number of people booked. Other things to note The courtyard house is located right next to our semi-detached house where we live. We don't have a view of each other. The neighbors are quiet. If we have the opportunity, we are happy to help with info. Luleå is a fantastic city all year round! In winter, with a little luck, you can see the Northern Lights and in summer, it is bright all night.
